What is a faciliated strategy workshop?

As Australia's best strategy workshop facilitator our Chief Coach guides you (as the CEO) and the Executive Team through a process of understanding the where your organisation is now, where it wants to be, the head and tail winds, and what action needs to be prioritised in the next 12 months to get there.

For high-performing organisations this process includes level 3 and 4 senior leaders contributing their domain-specific strategic expertise into the process, improving the quality of the strategy and creating ownership and buy-in for implementing the strategy. By request it can also include socialisation of the strategy with the broader organisation and Board, and in some cases community feedback where it is desired or required.
